Refunds and Cancellation Policy

The following cancellation policy applies to all accommodation types:

Cancellation more than 24 hours prior to stay

If you cancel a booking more than 24 hours before your stay, you will receive a refund of 75% of your total accommodation cost.

Cancellation within 24 hours of stay

If you cancel a booking within 24 hours of your stay, you will be charged for the first night’s accommodation. For stays longer than 1 day, you will be charged the first night’s accommodation and receive a refund of 75% of the total accommodation cost for the remaining days.
